Words cannot describe how highly, I recommend Mike Weaver as a listing agent or buyers agent!
After interviewing 10 of the highest recommended agents in the San Fernando Valley, I choose Mike Weaver.
I chose him for the following reasons:
1) He was extremely congenial and friendly.
2) He was very aware of the Current Market Value in the area and told me the TRUTH, as what to expect the house to sell for.
3) He was NOT in a hurry and answered ALL of my questions.
4)He told me everything he would do, (Open Houses, Brokers Lunches, Colored Brochures, Classified Ads, TV, etc.) to sell my house as soon as possible!
5) And finally, WAS NOT PUSHY!!!!!!!!
I wanted a 30 Day escrow and we closed in exactly 30 days! This was not an easy escrow either.
Unfortunately, the Buyers agent did not follow through with many of the things SHE promised and Mike was ALWAYS there to make sure things were carried out, especially when the Inspectors came, and once again, her presence was absent!
We had quite extensive termite work to be done and once again, Mike had to handle this pretty much on his own!
I really feel that Mike acted as both the Listing and BUYERS agent... It made me quite nervous, that she never came to the property, but Mike, handled everything with great steadiness and CALM!
Again, I would truly RECOMMEND, Mike Weaver, WITHOUT HESITATION, for your Listing Agent as well as your Buyers agent.
